Join me for a SAVOR Sephardic food and Ladino music program celebrating the diverse flavors and sounds of Hanuká around the globe!

I will be preparing:

FRITTELLE di RISO: Italian Arborio Rice Fritters with Black Raisins, Pignoli Nuts, and Lemon Zest  (Recipes and song-sheets will be sent to registered participants in advance of the program)

GENERAL INGREDIENTS:
Eggs
Kosher salt
Arborio rice
Sugar
Pignoli (pine) nuts
Golden and/or black raisins
Lemon zest
Vegetable, sunflower, safflower, or canola oil
Confectioners’ sugar
Ground cinnamon

EQUIPMENT:
Measuring cups/spoons
