Red or Green Swiss chard leaves
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Sesame seeds (optional)
Fresh dill
Flat leaf/Italian parsley
Vegetable or canola oil
Unsalted butter
Eggs
Grated Parmesan cheese
Feta cheese1 pound phyllo dough (1-pound box)

EQUIPMENT:
Measuring cups and spoons

Large cutting board
Chef’s/chopping knife
9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan
Pastry brush or folded paper towel
Large skillet and mixing spoon
Light clean kitchen towel
