    OR Spanech Jibbin: Spinach Cheese Pie
  • M’Jedrah: Rice and Lentils with Fried Onions (served with a cucumber-mint-yogurt dressing)
  • Ba’lawa: Layered Fila Dough Pie with Pistachios and Rose Water Syrup
