Mixed dried fruit (such as blueberries, cranberries, raisins, chopped dates, apricots, or figs)

EQUIPMENT:
Measuring cups and spoons
Knife and cutting board
Large baking dish or tray
Small saucepan and spoon
Large mixing bowl
Ziploc baggie or air-tight container
