Hot Hungarian paprika (optional or according to taste)
Canned diced or chopped tomatoes
Vegetable, sunflower, safflower or canola oil
Long grain white rice
Eggs (optional but recommended)
Whole or low fat sour cream

2-quart pot with lid
Mixing spoon
