Fresh or frozen spinach
Onions
Garlic
Cucumber
Fresh dill leaves
Flat leaf/Italian parsley
Lemon

EQUIPMENT:

Large ceramic plate lined with paper towels, to drain oil from fritters
Large mixing bowl and mixing spoon, to mix batter
Spatula and fork
