PAPRIKÁS CSIRKE: Hungarian Chicken and Pepper Stew with Tomatoes, Onions, and Paprika

Vegetable, sunflower, safflower, or canola oil
Broad egg noodles or any type of wide noodle (gluten-free noodles also okay if preferred)
Chicken stock
Kosher salt
Sweet Hungarian paprika
Hot Hungarian paprika (optional)
